Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PetitionIQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PetitionIQ is a case preparation tool that helps users analyze their eligibility for U.S. employment-based visa categories and prepare supporting documents. The Service uses AI to generate assessments, draft documents, and provide case preparation guidance.

3. Not Legal Advice

PetitionIQ does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client relationships. The Service is a case preparation tool only. All output should be reviewed by a qualified immigration attorney before filing with USCIS. PetitionIQ is not a law firm and does not replace the need for professional legal counsel.

4. No Outcome Guarantees

PetitionIQ does not guarantee any immigration outcome. Visa approvals, denials, and RFE responses are determined solely by USCIS. Assessment scores, strength ratings, and recommendations are for case preparation purposes only and do not predict USCIS decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
• You must not use the Service for fraudulent immigration filings.
• You must review all generated documents before filing with any government agency.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Free tier features are available without payment.
• Paid features ($99 RFE Response, $499 Full Case Preparation) are one-time purchases processed by Stripe.
• Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@petitioniq.io. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

Documents generated by PetitionIQ using your data are yours to use for immigration filings. The PetitionIQ platform, code, design, and AI systems remain the property of 4KInc.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetitionIQ and 4KInc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to immigration application outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
