Information We Collect

When you use PetitionIQ, we collect:

• Profile data you provide (name, citizenship, education, work history, publications, awards) to generate your visa assessment.
• Account information (email address, hashed password) for authentication.
• Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage data including which features you use and when, for product improvement.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized visa eligibility assessments and case preparation documents.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To improve the platform and fix issues.
• To communicate with you about your account or service updates.

AI Processing

Your profile data is sent to Google's Gemini API (via Vertex AI) for analysis. Google processes this data under their enterprise data processing terms. We do not use your data to train AI models. Every AI operation is logged in our operations dashboard for transparency.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the us-central1 region. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Google Cloud (infrastructure and AI processing)
• Stripe (payment processing)

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@petitioniq.io.
